Some questions are asked more often than others. We’ve compiled a list of our frequently asked questions to help you out. They should be able to answer more queries.​​​​​​

How long does it take for my stuff to arrive?
If products are currently available we will have them dispatched ASAP. ‘Standard’ shipping takes approx. 3 business days and ‘Next Day’ shipping is the next business day. We also provide a ‘Weekend’ and ‘Weekend By 12’ shipping for items that are required urgently.

If items are temporarily out of stock, they can take between 1 – 6 weeks. We always recommend contacting ourselves for out of stock items, in which will be able to provide an accurate shipping date.

How can I track my delivery?

When we release items, we always provide a tracking code. This will be provided, by a dispatch email, once the item has been released.

We usually send our small items via myHermes and larger parcels via DPD. This can be tracked by the following links: myHermes and DPD.

Can I change the delivery address?
If you contact us via phone or email we can arrange for an alternative delivery address or for special delivery instructions. Unfortunately, once the item has been dispatched we will be unable to alter this.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, your order can be collected in store. We recommend in store collections as we can go through all of the parts, a reminder demonstration of your purchase and we always love to meet our customers! We recommend parking in the Green Car Park, level 3, as this is nearest to us. Please note, there are no parking charges at intu Lakeside.

We suggest calling once you leave home, so we can move your items from the stockroom to the shop floor and streamline the process for you.

Can I pay monthly?
We are able to provide a payment plan. A 10% deposit is left for furniture and 20% for prams and car seats, allowing us to secure your item in the colour of your choice. You can then pay off your order over time. We will never contact yourself to ask for payments. When the item is ready for delivery any outstanding balance must be settled.

This can be performed online by logging on, purchasing an item with the code ‘DEPOSIT’, which leaves a 20% deposit. Please leave a note explaining when you would like the item delivered. The remainder can be paid by purchasing the item again with the code ‘BALANCE’.

Do you price match?

We only charge the RRP, as set by the manufacturer. We do not believe in overcharging customers or devaluing the brand. However, sales happen. You can request a price match if you click here.

What is your returns policy?
If you decide that a product is not what you wanted, you can return it within 14 days, if it is in original packaging, labels still attached such that it is in a resealable condition. A full refund will be provided via the payment method. If paid by card, it must be returned to the same . The refund will be processed once the items have been returned to store. If items are no longer wanted, the store can arrange collection with fees starting at £5.00. If the item is faulty, collection will be arranged by the store.

This policy does not extend to personalised items, toiletries and undergarments due to hygienic reasons, and clearance items.

What happens if a product is faulty?
If a product proves to be faulty we can make a claim against the warranty. Prams come with a 2 year guarantee, with some being longer. If your purchase is out of warranty, we can still repair the item, but there may be a service and part charge.

Alternatively, you can visit us in store for a hands on demonstration. This can be for pushchair operations, car seat fittings or ISOFIX compatibility. If you wish to take anything to your car, please ensure that you visit when multiple members of staff are present, as the store cannot be closed if 1 member of staff is available. We recommend contacting us first before you take advantage of this feature.
