1. INFORMATION BABYEZE COLLECT
When the customer makes a purchase or creates an account with Babyeze, Babyeze collects the following information: First Name, Last Name, Delivery Address, Email Address and Telephone Number for delivery of goods and services to the customer. Babyeze also collects the Method of Payment.
2. COMMUNICATION
When the customer makes a purchase or creates an account with Babyeze, consent is given to receive communication regarding products, services and promotions which may be of interest via a digital newsletter. None of these services are provided to any third parties.

3. COOKIES
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on the customers browser. This enables a smoother user experience by: storing items in a shopping basket, user details and other methods.
These can be adjusted by making the necessary changes to the browser.
4. SECURITY
Babyeze places great value on the security of the customers’ personal details. The information which has been collected is maintained in a secure web server. Should a breach of these personal details arise, Babyeze has the following policy in place.
4.1 Within 72 hours of becoming aware of any data breach, Babyeze will notify the relevant supervisory authority of the occurrence. Should this not be completed within 72 hours, reasons for the delay will be included.
4.2 If the breach is likely to result in a high risk of adversely affecting the customers’ rights and freedoms, the customers will also be notified of the data breach.
5. USERS ACCESS
The customers username and password can be used to access the relevant Babyeze account. This gives private access to the customers private information which can be updated, changed or deleted.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, the customer has the right to view any information Babyeze has for a small fee by sending an email to info@babyeze.co.uk.
If any information is incorrect, the customer should contact Babyeze immediately of any necessary changes, which will be confirmed back also by email.
6. THIRD PARTIES
Babyeze will not pass or sell the customers’ information to any third party companies.
7. CONSENT
When the customer creates an account or creates a purchase with Babyeze, the customer consents to the collection and use of their information by Babyeze.

9. CREDIT
Babyeze offers credit facilities to the customer, who will require certain information to assess the customers’ qualification and offer the best payment terms.
