The material is breathable. It is air-permeable, which means it does not trap heat like other materials, making it more comfortable for your baby.

The sunshade is also black, because darker coloured fabrics have been shown to block out more UV rays. By blocking out the sun, you can also create a cooler space for babies to sleep safely in.

There are 2 different solutions. The best sun protection for your baby is either a sun shade, which completely covers them and gives maximum protection from harmful UV rays. Alternatively, if you still want your baby to have a view, you can use the parasol.

The real question here is, how breathable the material is? If the temperature isn’t regulated, your baby may overheat and become uncomfortable. Fortunately, the egg sun shade is fully breathable.
