Returns and Refunds Policy
The following are the Returns and Refunds for the sale of goods of Babyeze. These terms will apply to all purchases of goods when you order via our website (https://babyeze.co.uk/ts-media/) or by telephone.

CONTENTS
EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF GOODS
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may choose to request a full refund if the goods are still in their original packaging and in a resealable condition. Goods which are not returned in an acceptable condition are grounds for refusal of refund.
All goods must be returned to Babyeze & Co Ltd., 242 Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island, SS8 7BY.
If you have merely changed your mind then shipping costs will be deducted from the refund along with any card processing fees.
Furniture is non returnable unless damaged.
We will not refund or exchange items which cannot be reused due to personalisation or hygienic reasons such as embroidery, mattresses and baby bottles. This list is non-exhaustive.
Within 14 days following delivery of the Goods the Customer may choose to:
RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
If your item develops a fault within 28 days we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please inform us within 7 days for a collection and we kindly ask you keep the original packaging.
If a fault develops after 28 days, then the cost for delivery will instead be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS
Under the distance selling regulations set by the OFT Babyeze will refund within 30 days any sum that has been paid by the customer or debited from your credit card for goods.
