Car Seat - Super Safe and Lightweight
The new and improved B2 range from Cybex has taken the fan favourite car seat and significantly improved it, making it a more affordable version for parents on a budget.
Your baby will not only have a more comfortable ride in the car, but will also be safer than before, with improved ergonomic design and general safety improvements.
Featuring a soft newborn inlay, there is plenty of support for a newborn, which can be adjusted. This means the car seat will grow with your baby, all while only weighing 3.9 kg.
Side-Impact Protection
The Aton B2 i-Size features the tried and tested Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System for increased protection, just like the Cloud Z2.
The extended side protector facing the door reduces the first impact forces of a collision. This reduces impact forces by up to 25%, channelling them away from your child, together with the car seat’s flexible shell.
This significantly protects your baby from side impact collisions.
Removable Newborn Inlay
The newborn inlay allows your baby to snugly fit inside the car seat. Your baby is protected in this ergonomically correct position.
This is suitable for babies from 45 – 60 cm. Simply remove the inlay from the car seat once your baby has outgrown it and continue using the seat as normal, giving your baby some additional room.
Height Adjustable Headrest
The adjustable headrest offers an amazing 11 positions for a customised adjustment as your baby grows. The car seat adapts to the size of your baby, growing with them.
Adjusting is quick and intuitive with the integrated harness guide. All you need to do is ensure the headrest is at the correct height for your baby. The harness will be in the correct setting after this.
These safety features can be fitted to your growing baby within seconds, offering maximum protection.
Full Sun Protection
The generous sun canopy, made from a UPF 50+ fabric, significantly protects your baby from harmful rays of the sun.
It can also act as a shield against wind, or even the hustle and bustle of the street. When not in use, the canopy can be pulled back.
Easy Boarding Position on Isofix
You can connect the car seat to the matching Base Z2. This is significantly safer than a standard seat belt, as there are metal on metal connections to the chassis of your car.
Once attached to the base, it can be rotated to make getting your baby in and out of the car far easier than before.
Isofix - Safety Maximised
Engineered and designed in Germany, the new Base One offers parents all the solutions they need in their daily life. Not only have they made all the buttons smoother and easier to turn, but the safety has also drastically improved.
The red-green indicator will let you know if the car seat is properly fixed to the Isofix and connected, and will alert you if anything is not properly configured.
Easy and Secure Installation
Equipped with an easy and secure on-click installation. Simply line the connectors to the Isofix points in your car and press in for them to connect. Then bring down the load leg, which provides additional stability and support to the car seat.
Featuring an installation indicator, this helps prevent you from incorrectly installing the Isofix and car seat with a clear traffic-light system. Red tells you it is not connected, while green means everything is correct.
All of this will notify you if the car seat is attached and the base is not securely connected with a constant alarm.
