Car Seat - Next Stage
Offering a rear and front-facing setting, you can position the car seat in either direction. This is perfect for your growing baby. By changing to a forward position, you can accommodate their larger legs.
It’s very easy to get your baby in and out of the car seat thanks to the 360° rotation mechanism. Featuring a recline system and improved side impact, you have a car seat which is safe and comfortable for your baby.
Easy Boarding Position
The 360° rotation mechanism eases your child’s entry and exit, relieving strain on your back by not having to lean over. The seat can be rotated using only one hand, even when in a reclined position, allowing even the youngest passenger to be ergonomically boarded.
The rotation mechanism makes switching between rear and forward-facing positions easy.
Good Fit for the Youngest of Travellers
The Sirona G includes a removable newborn inlay, which creates a near-flat lying position for newborns. This helps reduce the risk of the baby’s head tipping forward while asleep, which can lead to serious breathing problems.
To accommodate your baby as they grow, the newborn inlay should be removed once the child is taller than 60 cm.
Grows With Your Child
The adjustable headrest has 12 positions, so it can be adapted to your child’s size as they grow, offering protection throughout the years that the car seat is in use.
Simply pull at the tab at the top of the headrest and position to your desired setting.
Maximum Comfort in the Car
The one-hand recline function makes it easy for parents to adjust the seat while keeping their other hand free.
The Sirona G i-Size car seat has 5 recline positions in both rear and forward-facing modes, increasing comfort for sleeping and travelling. Simply set it flat if your baby is asleep, or upright if they’re awake.
Safe Travels Up to 4 Years
In its rear-facing position, the Sirona G i-Size reduces the risk of injury in a head-on collision. Safety tests show that the force of impact from a frontal crash is distributed more evenly over a large area of the car seat shell.
It’s recommended to use the Sirona G in the rear-facing position until your child is at least 15 months old and longer if possible.
More Safety when Forward-Facing
The Sirona G i-Size Energy-Reduction Technology (ER-Tech) offers increased safety for your baby in the forward-facing position. This protects them in the event of a head-on collision.
In a frontal crash, technology in the seat helps reduce the force acting on the neck of a child by more than 20%, compared to other conventional 5 point harness systems.
Side-Impact Protection
The integrated Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System of the Sirona G i-Size offers increased safety in the event of a side-impact collision.
Working in combination with the energy-absorbing shell, it reduces the force of a side-impact by approximately 25%.
Easy and Secure Installation
Equipped with an easy and secure on-click installation. Simply line the connectors to the Isofix points in your car and press in for them to connect. Then bring down the load leg, which provides additional stability and support to the car seat.
Featuring an installation indicator, this helps prevent you from incorrectly installing the Isofix and car seat with a clear traffic-light system. Red tells you it is not connected, while green means everything is correct.
The base even has an electronic beeper built into it. This will also notify you if the car seat is attached and the base is not securely connected with a constant alarm.
Driving Direction Control
As your baby goes from infant carrier to toddler car seat, they can face a forward facing position after 15 months. At the front of the Isofix is a latch, which you change depending on how old your baby is.
Once your baby has outgrown the Cloud G and moves to the Sirona G, you pull this latch down and it allows the Isofix to lock in the forward setting. This ensures your baby always faces the safest possible position.
